Neighborhoods

Fort Jackson Family Homes is comprised of eight distinct neighborhoods and serves Active Duty military personnel stationed at Fort Jackson. Our Pierce Terrace 5 and Pierce Terrace 7 neighborhoods are also open to qualified military retiree, DOD civilian employee and general public applicants. Howie Village

Baths: 2.5 – 3.5
Eligibility: O1 – O3; W1 – W3; Company Grade Officers

The Howie Village neighborhood offers a variety of three and four-bedroom homes and is conveniently located near Fort Jackson Golf Club and Commissary. Features in these homes include a master suite, exterior storage and fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. Residents in Howie Village enjoy easy access to their own playgrounds and a basketball court.
